Boardman Grow

The Boardman Grow network focuses on developing board performance and entrepreneurship capabilities in Finnish growth companies. The aim is to develop competence and added value through board work in growth companies. The members of the network share experiences and practices of their business success’ and challenges.

Boardman Grow is an active networker of like-minded, passionate entrepreneurs and young leaders. The network organizes popular public seminars, excursions and other events.

The Boardman Grow network is a not-for-profit organization that operates under it’s mother company, Boardman Oy.

Events

Boardman Grow organizes multiple events throughout the year. These range from open seminars and conferences such as Finance Board, the PechaKucha evening and Growth Board to our international excursions to Silicon Valley in the fall and to Asia in the spring. Additionally we organize smaller round table discussions for our members as well as board work trainings for growth companies.

Membership

We organize monthly round table discussions exclusively for our members. Other benefits include receiving -20% off ticket prices for paid Boardman and Boardman Grow events an trainings, exclusive invites to Boardman’s other forums events and general support from other members.

Annual membership fee: 280 € + VAT

Language

The majority of all our operations and events are conducted in Finnish, with only the odd event here and there being held in English. All internationals are naturally welcome to join our events and to become a member. However, we do recommend that you have some basic Finnish skills to get the most out of the experience.
